At Birsa Craft, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. Each item is handmade by talented tribal artisans. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a return or exchange, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged.
3. Eligibility for Return

- Item unused and in original condition
- Original packaging & tags intact
- Valid order proof provided
- Request within 7 days of delivery
✕ Not Eligible for Return
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Customized / made-to-order products
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Missing packaging or tags
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item along with your order details when contacting us.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our Contact Page at birsacraft.in/contact and submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging before dispatching.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item (subject to eligibility) and placing a new order.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Return request is made after the 7-day window.
- Item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering by the customer.
- Original packaging or tags are missing.
- The product is a customized or made-to-order item.
