Browse our products, select the item you like, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.
You can cancel or modify your order only before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To request a change, please visit our Contact Page as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time. You can also check your order status by visiting birsacraft.in/track-order.
Yes. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Standard delivery across India takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities are typically delivered in 5–6 days, Tier 2 & 3 cities in 6–7 days, and remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than usual. Please ensure your complete and accurate address is entered at the time of placing your order.
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking number for updates. If the issue persists, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date through our Contact Page. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the address provided. If both attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your contact number is accurate so the delivery partner can reach you.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer or UPI and may take 7–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order. For help, please reach out via our Contact Page.
Yes, absolutely. Every product on Birsa Craft is handcrafted by skilled tribal artisans, primarily from Jharkhand and surrounding regions. We work directly with craftspeople to bring you authentic Dokra metalwork, Sohrai paintings, bamboo craft, terracotta, leather, jute, and more.
Since all our products are handmade, slight variations in size, color, texture, or pattern are completely natural and expected. These are not defects — they are a mark of authenticity. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Screen color settings may also cause minor differences in how colors appear.
Yes, some of our artisans accept customized orders. Processing time for custom items may vary and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Please note that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Yes, completely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details or UPI information on our servers.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. COD availability may depend on your delivery location and order value. If COD is not available for your order, you will be prompted to choose an alternate payment method at checkout.
If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, please don't worry. Such amounts are automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by your bank. If the amount is not reversed, please contact us through our Contact Page with your transaction details.
We welcome skilled tribal artisans and handcraft sellers to join our marketplace. You can register as a vendor on our website and list your handmade products. For queries about seller onboarding, please visit our Contact Page and our team will guide you through the process.
Sellers can list genuine handmade products that reflect tribal artistry and craftsmanship. This includes Dokra metalwork, Sohrai paintings, bamboo craft, terracotta items, leather goods, jute products, and similar handcrafted items. Mass-produced or non-handmade products are not permitted on our platform.
