To place an order or become a seller on Birsa Craft, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Birsa Craft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Products and Listings

All products listed on Birsa Craft are handmade by individual artisans. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, texture, or finish are natural and should be expected. These variations are a mark of authenticity and are not considered defects.

We endeavor to display accurate product images and descriptions; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Birsa Craft uses secure, third-party payment gateways to process transactions. We do not store your payment card or UPI details on our servers.

6. Ordering and Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters processing immediately. Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us through our Contact Page at birsacraft.in/contact as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Seller / Artisan Terms

Artisans and vendors who join the Birsa Craft marketplace agree to:

• List only genuine, handmade products that comply with our quality standards.

• Fulfill orders in a timely manner as per the agreed timelines.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.

Birsa Craft reserves the right to remove listings or terminate vendor accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Birsa Craft shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or logistics partner failures.
