At Birsa Craft, every product is handcrafted by skilled tribal artisans from Jharkhand and surrounding regions. Because each piece is made with care and attention, we request your patience during the fulfillment process. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully verified and packed before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
For customized or made-to-order items, processing time may vary and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery across India takes 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local logistics conditions.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for lost orders). We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of any damage to assist our investigation.
7. Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Birsa Craft will not be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
